• Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile details — your name, email address, and profile picture — as permitted by your Google account settings.
• Content you provide. Voice requests, text, and preferences you share with the assistant so it can respond and personalize your experience.
• Usage information. Basic technical and interaction data, such as device type, app version, and how features are used, to keep the Service reliable.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• To personalize your assistant and the content it prepares for you;
• To secure your account and prevent abuse;

• To improve and develop new features.

Google User Data

When you choose to sign in with Google, we use Google’s authentication to create and secure your account. Leni’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We access only the minimum scopes needed to provide the Service, we do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited cases:

• Service providers. Trusted vendors who process data on our behalf (for example, cloud hosting and AI processing) under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your account at any time, after which we delete or de-identify your personal data, except where retention is required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and limit access to it.

Your Choices

You can access, update, or delete your information, and you can revoke Google permissions at any time from your Google Account settings. To delete your account or request your data, contact us at the address below.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
